Six sigma green belt registration#
The following data elements are considered directory information and are collected from each participant as part of the registration and profile setup process: Participants in GTPE courses are required to complete an online profile that meets the requirements of Georgia Tech Research Security. Information collected is maintained in the Georgia Tech Student System. For courses requiring class participation, if learners are identifiable by their names, facial images, voices, and/or comments, written consent must be obtained before sharing the recording with persons outside of learners in the class.For courses where participation is voluntary, learners who participate with their camera engaged or utilize a profile image are agreeing to have their video or image recorded. A Green Belt is someone with at least three years of work experience who wants to demonstrate his or her knowledge of Six Sigma tools and processes.Additional information may be found within the Academic Restart Frequently Ask Questions. Exams and tests may require students to engage the video camera, but those recordings will not be shared with or disclosed to others without consent unless legally permitted. Learners may not record or share recordings, including screen capturing, unless the instructor states so or individual permission is obtained.
